Confidential Careers is seeking an Industrial Segment Manager to own the strategy, development, and growth of packaging solutions serving Appliance, HVAC, Furniture, and related markets. The role is remote with about 40% travel.

You will work at the intersection of customer needs, market trends, product innovation, engineering, manufacturing, and sales, translating insights into actionable strategies and differentiated solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in packaging, product management, product development, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineered packaging solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and market insights into products and strategies.
• Strong project leadership skills and the ability to influence across functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Curious, commercially minded, technically credible, and energized by solving customer problems.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the product strategy for key industrial market segments.
• Identify emerging customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities and turn insights into actionable product strategies.
• Lead development and modification of packaging solutions with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
• Work directly with customers to understand challenges and develop value-creating solutions.
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation, innovation, and growth.
• Provide technical and product expertise to support the commercial organization and customer engagements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing product improvement.
• Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
