Job summary

Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of industrial, technical, or engineering sales experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, automotive, industrial, energy, utility, or infrastructure customers.
- Demonstrated success in territory growth and account management.
- Experience working with centrifugal pumps and engineered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth plans.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate profitable sales growth within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Expand existing customer accounts through cross-selling and solution selling.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast.
- Manage strategic and key customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and facility assessments.
- Develop account plans focused on revenue growth and retention.
- Provide timely follow-up on customer inquiries and opportunities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions when required.
