Job summary

WM is seeking a remote Administrative Specialist to support the Technical Service Center and Industrial Sales Team. You will set up and maintain digital customer records, perform data entry, and contribute to onboarding and process improvements.

You will assist with billing, reporting, and customer inquiries, while occasionally acting as a team lead on projects. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Must live and work in the US.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains digital customer records and provides administrative support for the Technical Service Center and Industrial Sales Team.
• Performs data entry into WM systems and QA reviews of account setups.
• Prepares customized bills, exports and letters, and generates volume and revenue reports.
• Supports billing inquiries or special bills and coordinates waste profile renewals.
• Provides customer support via phone and email; trains and mentors new Industrial Sales Coordinators.
