Job summary

Cisco's Industrial IoT team is seeking a technical leader to drive OT/IIoT engagements across manufacturing, utilities, and critical infrastructure. You will translate Cisco’s portfolio into outcomes for plant operations, security leaders, and business decision-makers.

You’ll shape architectures, lead demos and enablement, and partner with account teams to build multi-year technical strategies. The role requires deep OT/IT bridging, field judgment, and the ability to deliver scalable solution

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or network architecture within industrial environments.
Proficient in Cisco's Industrial portfolio including Industrial Routing/Switching, Wireless, and Security, plus enterprise architectures (e.g., SD-WAN).
Demonstrated experience bridging IT and OT domains with critical infrastructure.
Proven track record leading large-scale technology sales cycles with executives and decision-makers.
Advanced consultative selling to articulate business value of technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead technical engagement for high-impact Industrial IoT opportunities from discovery through value proof and close.
Serve as SME in OT / IIoT, guiding account teams, partners, and customer stakeholders.
Shape architectures across industrial switching, routing, wireless, security, remote access, and AI-ready use cases.
Translate OT business problems into Cisco technical solutions for plant modernization, asset visibility, and resiliency.
Partner with account teams to build multi-year technical strategies and pipeline motions.
