Ingersoll Rand seeks an Account Manager for a remote territory covering Winchester to Roanoke, VA. You will drive equipment and service sales, build dealer and direct customer relationships, and deliver compressed air solutions while meeting revenue targets.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial sales, a high school diploma or GED, and possibly a Bachelor's degree. Travel ~50% with a company vehicle and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of industrial sales experience or completion of the Ingersoll Rand SDP.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• May travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling equipment, service contracts, and offerings to end users and partners within a defined territory.
• Develop customer base and secure new accounts to expand IR presence.
• Provide compressed air solutions to meet industrial needs; stay current with product knowledge and industry standards.
• Collaborate with services team to forecast, troubleshoot, and tailor solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline and orders.
