Job summary

EXL Service Holdings, Inc. through its Castle High Value division is seeking self-directed independent contractors to perform high-value residential surveys from home or office in the Green Bay area, including surrounding Door County.

Contractors schedule and conduct site-based or virtual surveys, document home features, take measurements, estimate replacement cost, and report via Castle’s web forms. Training is available online; prior real estate or insurance inspection experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Primary Requirements: Professionally interact over the phone, via email, and in-person with homeowners and insurance agents.
• Conduct on-site and/or virtual property surveys on high value homes as per customer specific guidelines and procedures.
• Identify and document the construction materials/characteristics and unique features of the home.
• Obtain measurements of the home and other structures on the property.
• Generate an estimated replacement value of the home, and identify major hazards.
• Communicate the information gathered during on-site inspection in the provided web-based client requested forms accessed through the Castle website.

Responsibilities

• Interact with homeowners and insurance agents by phone, email or in person.
• Perform on-site and/or virtual high-value property surveys following client guidelines.

• Take measurements of the home and other structures on the property.
• Estimate replacement value and identify major hazards.
• Submit information via Castle's web forms after inspecting the property.
