Job summary

Castle High Value is looking for self-directed independent contractors to conduct high value home property surveys from their own home or office. The role covers Charleston, SC and the surrounding 70-mile territory, including virtual and site-based surveys for homeowners’ insurance purposes.

You will schedule surveys, handle assignments, and submit reports via Castle’s web-based forms. A 15-hour online training can certify you; fees are negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising is a plus, but all interested candidates are encouraged to submit their qualifications.
• A 15 hour online training course can get you certified.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct site-based and virtual High Value Home property surveys.
• Coordinate and complete surveys within your own schedule.
• Manage work assignments you accept and use web-based reports.
