Job summary

Castle High Value, operated by ExlService Holdings, Inc., seeks self-directed independent contractors to perform both virtual and site-based surveys for high-value homes. You’ll work from your home or office, covering Paducah, KY and surrounding areas within a 100-mile radius, with flexible scheduling and online reporting through Castle systems.

Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction, or appraisal is a plus; a 15-hour online training can certify you.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising is a plus.
A 15 hour online training course can get you certified.
Fees are negotiable depending on experience and job specifics.
You will schedule and conduct both site-based and virtual surveys for homeowners’ insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

Interact professionally with homeowners and insurance agents over the phone, email, and in person.
Conduct on-site and/or virtual surveys on high value homes according to client guidelines.
Identify and document construction materials, characteristics, and unique features of the home.
Obtain measurements of the home and other structures on the property.
Generate estimated replacement value and identify major hazards.
Submit gathered information through Castle web-based forms.
