You will act as a strategic advisor, partnering with Marketing Science to design experiments and ensure clients achieve growth goals. The role requires 3-5 years in Customer Success or related fields, with data analysis experience and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management experience.
• Experience with data analysis and interpreting data health metrics.
• Experience in Digital Media industry and paid media campaigns preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale relationships with enterprise brand clients, overseeing onboarding and data health.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning with clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve data-related challenges and optimize campaigns.
• Provide data-driven insights, strategic guidance, and best-practice recommendations.
• Act as client advocate within LiftLab and help shape product usage and growth.
