Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service, a national automotive service company, is seeking an Incentive Compensation Program Manager to design and manage field incentives, bonuses, profit sharing, and commissions. This remote role partners with HR, Finance, Operations, Payroll, and senior leadership to drive effective incentive programs.

The position focuses on modeling, administration, ROI analysis, and clear communications to help leaders link performance to pay.

Qualifications

• And 7+ years of progressive compensation or finance experience with incentive designs.
• Experience designing and administering incentive plans including bonuses, commissions, profit sharing, or similar programs.
• Strong expertise in incentive modeling, scenario analyses, payout logic, and forecasting.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, sustainable incentive designs with clear ROI.
• Excellent data analysis and communication skills to inform leadership decisions.
• Experience with large datasets, HRIS/payroll integrations, or related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and refinement of incentive programs to support business priorities.
• Build and maintain incentive models, forecasts, and ROI analyses to inform design decisions.
• Own administration of incentive plans including payout logic and validation.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and identify trends for leadership.
• Communicate plans and updates, and provide training materials as needed.
• Ensure compliance and governance with applicable policies and regulations.
