Qualifications

• Experience supporting or improving an incentive compensation management platform.
• Ability to write logical queries and complex Excel formulas.
• Skilled in documentation and communication of technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve technology behind incentive compensation plans.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Perform QA testing and resolve issues.

Skills
