Job summary

Grafana Labs is hiring an Incentive Compensation Systems Manager to own end-to-end automation of commissions, quotas, and plan administration in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

You will partner with IC Ops, Finance, People Ops, and RevOps to design scalable workflows, configure Xactly, and implement AI-driven processes. This role emphasizes data accuracy, systematization, and cross-functional collaboration for global impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in incentive compensation, sales/RevOps, or related systems/process improvement.
• Proven ability to systematize and automate complex processes.
• Strong SQL experience for data diagnosis and validation.
• Experience building automated workflows and integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, data warehouses and comp management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state IC workflows and identify manual, error-prone steps.
• Design automated workflows and integrations to replace ad-hoc scripts and spreadsheets.
• Own Xactly instances configuring rules, plan logic, and workflows.
• Identify AI opportunities to automate repetitive incentive compensation tasks.
• Ensure data flows cleanly between CRM, HRIS, data warehouse, and comp systems.
• Create governance docs and standard operating procedures for new processes.
