Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compensation or related analytics experience.
• Experience designing and administering incentive plans (bonuses, commissions, profit sharing, or variable pay).
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical incentive designs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and refinement of incentive programs (bonuses, commissions, profit sharing, spiffs).
• Build incentive models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate designs and costs.
• Administer plans, validate payouts, and ensure timely execution and governance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and inform leadership decisions.
• Support annual merit, bonus planning, and compensation review processes.
• Communicate plan design and changes clearly to leaders and participants.
