Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Incentive Compensation Systems Manager to drive end-to-end systemization and automation of commission processes in a remote-first, fast-paced environment. You will own Xactly instances, design rules, and integrate CRM, HRIS, and data warehouses to improve accuracy and speed of payouts.

You will partner with IC, Finance, People Ops, and RevOps, identifying gaps, implementing scalable solutions, and enabling cross-functional teams to operate efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or related roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment preferred.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with IC team to map current-state workflows across plan administration, calculation, approvals, and payout.
• Design and build automated workflows and tooling to replace manual processes.
• Own Xactly instances configuring calculation rules, plan logic, and workflows.
• Identify where AI/LLM-driven automation can reduce manual work and build production workflows.
• Partner with Finance, People Ops, and IT/Data teams to ensure clean data flows between systems.
• Establish documentation, SOPs, and governance for systematized processes.
