Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Incentive Compensation Systems Manager to drive automation and standardization of commission operations in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will own Xactly configurations, partner with Finance, People Ops, and RevOps, and lead automation efforts across data flows from SFDC to payout.

The role emphasizes end-to-end process improvement, AI-enabled automation, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce manual work and increase accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in incentive compensation, sales ops, or related system/process roles.
• Proven ability to map, optimize, and automate compensation processes.
• Strong SQL and data reconciliation skills across CRM, HRIS, and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows across plan administration, calculations, approvals, and payout.
• Design automated workflows and integrations to replace manual tasks.
• Own Xactly configurations and continuously tune the platform.
• Partner with IC, Finance, People Ops, and RevOps to ensure clean data flows.
