Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of inbound call center experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as banking, insurance, or telecommunications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must live within one hour of Phoenix and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries related to account information, payment arrangements and general compliance questions.
• Work remotely after initial onsite orientation and training in Phoenix.
