Qualifications

• Call center experience in a high-volume environment or financial institution preferred.
• Proven ability to become proficient with multiple software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments and use multiple software systems to support members' needs.
• Resolve inquiries and provide accurate, timely information on accounts, products, services and transactions.
