You will triage inbound calls for Specialty Rx medications, perform initial data entry, image scanning and prescription orders into the system while following program rules. Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence (OH/AZ/TX/FL)
• PTCB or ExCPT certification required
• 1+ year in customer service
• Self-starter with minimal remote supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience using multiple computer applications and data entry

Responsibilities

• Triages inbound phone calls for Specialty Rx medications
• Performs administrative data entry and image scanning
• Enters prescription orders into the system
• Provides telephonic support to pharmacists and patients
• Follows specialty program policies and processes
• Works within productivity and quality metrics
