MCI is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to handle calls, upsell existing customers, and provide information on products and services. You will join a team that supports diverse brands, with comprehensive training to help you grow and excel in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, relationship-building, and delivery of a best-in-class experience. A strong emphasis on attendance, accuracy, and collaboration is highlighted throughout the program.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system.
• Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.
• Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Customer service oriented with empathy and responsiveness.
• Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Utilize knowledge base and training to answer questions and upsell products.
• Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Document and process customer orders in systems.
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures; protect confidential information.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution; participate in trainings.
• Attend meetings and stay up to date on program knowledge and changes.
• Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements.
