Job summary

TurFresh seeks a results-driven inbound sales performance leader to optimize conversion rates. This remote role begins with an Initial 90‑Day Performance Engagement to demonstrate impact, with potential for a long‑term leadership position based on results.

Qualifications

Proven ability to improve inbound sales conversions through coaching and accountability.
Experience coaching inbound teams to achieve KPI targets and standardized processes.
Experience selling to residential consumers is a plus, with remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own the daily performance of the inbound sales team.
Coach consultants through structured one-on-one sessions.
Reinforce training from weekly workshops and coaching reports.
Review call recordings and AI-generated coaching insights.
Conduct role-plays with real customer scenarios and ensure daily execution.
Hold salespeople accountable for implementing the sales methodology.
Improve discovery, qualification, objection handling, follow-up, and closing.
Accelerate new hire ramp and reduce operational issues.
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Operations to enhance the customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
