TurFresh is seeking an Inbound Sales Performance Leader to guide our remote team to higher conversion rates. You will coach, analyze calls, and use AI insights to push continuous improvement while aligning with weekly workshops and KPI reporting.

This 90-day contract leads to a long-term leadership role if results improve. You''ll work with Marketing, Ops, and Sales to optimize every step of the inbound process for residential customers.

Qualifications

• Experience improving inbound sales performance through coaching and accountability.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing inbound sales team.
• Strong communication and role-play facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the inbound sales team.
• Coach through structured one-on-one sessions and weekly workshops.
• Review calls and AI coaching insights to drive improvement.
• Lead coaching cadence and ensure adherence to sales process.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing and Ops to improve the customer experience.
