Meadow Memorials is hiring for a remote sales role that teaches consultative selling through structured, paid training. You’ll engage with families, asking the right questions and listening to understand needs before presenting options, with no cold calls and no pressure.

Day to day you’ll drive 15–25 high quality calls, follow up by phone, text, and email, and track your numbers. You’ll receive constant coaching and have a clear path to growth into senior sales and leadership as Meadow expands.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Structured, paid training will teach the job and processes.
• Strong communication and listening skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive 15–25 high quality calls with families, inbound and follow ups.
• Ask good questions, actually listen, explain trade-offs plainly.
• Follow up by phone, text, and email, and track your numbers.
• Get coached constantly: call reviews, live feedback, weekly 1:1s.
