Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, leasing, hospitality or customer service.
• Active listening to identify needs and close leases.
• Excellent oral and written communication via phone, email, and text.

Responsibilities

• Administer ongoing leasing program efforts to meet objectives and policies.
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls from prospects.
• Move prospects through the leasing process to tours and housing.
• Convey benefits of Corvias communities to generate leases.
• Maintain knowledge of product, inventory, promotions, and market conditions.
• Process residency applications, prepare leases, and collect payments.
• Audit waitlists and coordinate move dates to minimize vacancies.
• Resolve resident concerns with researched solutions.
• Follow SOPs and ensure occupancy goals while complying with fair housing laws.
• Build trust with leasing teammates and residents.
• Promote Corvias culture and maintain professionalism.
• Use CRM/leasing software to track interactions and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate background and credit checks with external vendors.
• Ensure smooth transition from sign-off to move-in inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
