Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs.
• Match the correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
