Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right coverage and turning opportunities into policyholders. Training includes licensing in all 50 states with paid time and a clear path to career growth.

Starting base salary is $45K with potential for $55K–$75K in earnings and up to $85k+ for top performers; full benefits, flexible remote work, and licensing support are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Work in a remote training environment with licensing support from day one.
