This remote role requires you to be based in a state we operate in and to interact with customers daily with patience and professionalism.

You will manage high call volumes, assess customer needs, build trust, and maintain accurate records while aiming to meet personal and team targets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 months call center experience, upselling preferred.
