About The Opportunity

Inbound Contact Center Representatives play a key role in creating a memorable customer service experience. Using active listening and consultative selling skills, you will handle initial inquiries, educate parents on services, and schedule student academic evaluations and consultations.

• Ensure a positive experience during all initial inquiries by educating clients on services, responding to questions, overcoming objections, and scheduling evaluations and consultations
• Follow contact center scripts when speaking with clients
• Build positive rapport with clients of differing personality types
• Remain polite and professional during all interactions
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center system
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative service targets
• Participate in initial and ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of services

Work Environment

Remote position – work from the comfort of your home.

Varied shifts including morning, evening, and weekend. Full-time schedule required. Two weekday evening shifts per month (2:00 PM‑10:30 PM), two Saturday shifts per month (9:00 AM‑5:30 PM), and Sunday shifts as needed (10:00 AM‑3:00 PM).
