Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
• Ability to navigate computer applications and web-based tools.

• Handle inbound interactions for major brands and assist customers with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support.
