You will conduct in-home consultations within a 2-hour radius of Morris, IL, assess customer needs, and design tailored proposals.

The role offers a base salary with commission, a company vehicle, CRM access, and remote work between visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a consultative, in-home sales environment.
• Technical aptitude or willingness to learn home energy systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
