Adams Home Services is seeking a driven Home Services Advisor to help homeowners find reliable energy solutions, including standby generators and other home services. You will conduct in-home consultations within a 2-hour radius surrounding Morris, IL, assess customer needs, design proposals, and manage the sales process from contact to close.

Total compensation is $100,000+ with a $50,000 base plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a consultative, in-home sales environment.
• Technical aptitude or willingness to learn home energy systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with qualified leads.
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Design and present generator and home service proposals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through close.
