Comagine Health is seeking an Associate Improvement Advisor to support operational, administrative, regulatory, and facility coordination activities within the HSI Utah HUB contract. Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deadlines, and high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom.
• Prior healthcare operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the UTAH HUB operational workflows, CMS forms processing activities, and operational tracking processes.
• Maintain operational records, documentation, tracking systems, and internal databases.
• Manage communications with dialysis facilities, CMS contacts, vendors, help desk teams, and external partners.
• Monitor and route communications through shared phone, email, and virtual fax systems.
• Support facility onboarding, closure activities, and related operational processes.
• Prepare reports, reminders, meeting materials, operational correspondence, and recurring resources.
• Coordinate scheduling, Outlook invitations, Zoom meetings, shipment tracking, and meeting logistics.
• Assist with workflow documentation and process standardization.
• Support department operational priorities and team activities.
