Comagine Health seeks an Associate Improvement Advisor for the Utah HUB contract, primarily supporting operational, administrative, regulatory, and facility coordination activities. The role starts with project coordination and administration, then grows to referral coordination for the Hub, offering a clear growth path for early-career professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, customer service and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and high-volume workflows with attention to detail.
• Healthcare operations experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support the UTAH HUB operational workflows, CMS forms processing activities, and operational tracking processes.
• Maintain operational records, documentation, tracking systems, and internal databases.
• Manage communications with dialysis facilities, CMS contacts, vendors, help desk teams, and external partners.
• Monitor and route communications through shared phone, email, and virtual fax systems.
• Support facility onboarding, closure activities, and related operational processes.
• Prepare reports, reminders, meeting materials, operational correspondence, and recurring resources.
• Coordinate scheduling, Outlook invitations, Zoom meetings, shipment tracking, and meeting logistics.
• Assist with workflow documentation, process standardization, and operational support initiatives.
• Support department priorities, annual meetings, and other team activities.
