Job summary

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED
• Experience in customs or logistics
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong data entry and MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Acts as customer service liaison between company and customers
• Resolves billing and shipment tracking issues and addresses customer concerns
• Processes Customs and PGA entries for US clearance
• Reviews documents to meet government regulations and carrier requirements
• Coordinates shipments with forwarders, steamship lines, airlines, and carriers
• Maintains communication with customers, carriers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• Ensures compliance with FDA, EPA, USFWS and other government agencies
