Job summary

A.N. Deringer is seeking a remote Customs Brokerage Coordinator to support our Champlain, NY team with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST schedule.

The primary responsibility is to process and integrate customer data and assist with moving goods across international borders. You will serve as the liaison between customers and the company, resolve issues such as billing and shipment tracking, and prepare import documents while ensuring compliance with U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customs brokerage experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the customer service liaison between the company and the customer(s).
• Resolves problems (billing, tracking shipments) and handles customer concerns; builds relationships with customers.
• Prepares import documents including bills of lading, licenses, and other customs documents.
• Traces shipments and reroutes freight.
• Communicates with CBP and PGAs to resolve issues.
• Ensures compliance with U.S. Government regulations.
