Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a team environment, supporting direct reports and fostering growth.
• Pursue new sales leads while maintaining current clients.
• Assist in managing payable/receivables/quoting and profit & loss statements.
• Provide guidance and supervision for daily CHB operations and oversee workflow.
• Handle customer correspondence, claims, post-entry work, logs, collections, and problem resolution.
• Supervise office colleagues, review progress, field inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Adjust staffing and assignments to meet deadlines and monitor shifts.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure procedures and paper flow are followed and communicate updates.
• Stay current on industry changes and company policy; inform team of updates.
• Foster positive relations with CBP and other agencies regarding entry resolution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
