Job summary

A.N. Deringer, Inc. is seeking a remote logistics support specialist to join the Champlain, NY team, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST schedule.

The role centers on processing and integrating customer data to move goods across international borders. You will serve as the customer service liaison, resolve billing and shipment-tracking issues, and prepare import documents for customs clearance, including bonds, bills, classifications and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of recent customs brokerage experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer service liaison between the company and customers.
• Resolve problems (billing, tracking shipments) and handle customer concerns.
• Prepare import documents for customs clearance, including bonds, bills, and reports.
• Trace shipments and re-route freight as needed.
• Coordinate shipments from airline, ocean piers and CFS to destination.
• Ensure compliance with government and carrier regulations.
