Job summary

Imagine Learning is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to perform account management and training for customers, plus regional sales support alongside our U.S. sales and distribution partner. This remote-friendly role requires travel to CA and other regions as needed.

You will oversee implementation for assigned accounts, deliver product training, and design webinars for educators. Strong experience with Salesforce, Zoom, and Google/Microsoft tools is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school or university and at least 5 years’ experience in grades K-12 education, classroom, or administrative experience.
  • Grade levels 6-12 preferred, ELA also preferred.
  • Knowledge of current educational standards and effective teaching practices.
  • Familiarity with ELD standards, instructional models, and best practices, particularly within California educational settings.
  • Experience leading professional development and/or product training
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and more.
  • Strong skills in Google and Microsoft Suites.
  • Team player with strong communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Available to travel for presentations and customer training; travel 40% to 75% during peak season.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee implementation and management of account needs for all accounts within the assigned region.
  • Provide support for accounts nationwide as needed.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track account data including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, and training.
  • Design and deliver sales presentations, product training, and professional development sessions, both in-person and via webinar platforms.
  • Communicate regularly with districts, school admins, and teachers to ensure successful program implementation and customer success.
  • Collaborate with partners to support sales and training needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer needs and requests.
  • Lead online live chats and public webinar sessions for customers and prospects nationwide.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to travel to training sessions and meetings.
  • Pro-active account management across the life-cycle of a customer from interest to renewal.
  • Manage or assist with team projects including webinars, training, and collateral development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

StudySync, a leading developer of digital curriculum for grades 6-12 in the United States and is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to perform account management and training for customers but also regional sales support alongside our U.S. sales and distribution partner.

Position Information

This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to Implementation Manager, Study Sync.

Compensation

Base pay is anticipated to be between $65,972.00 and $72,000.00. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location

In this US-based position your location will be remote. Candidates will be required to reside in California to facilitate travel.

Travel

You can also expect up to approximately 40% travel, up to 75% travel (3-4 business days per week) during peak season predominately within CA, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Pro-active account management across the life-cycle of a customer from interest, sales presentations, on-boarding to renewal.
  • Manage or assist with team projects including but not limited to webinars, training, and collateral development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
