Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Implementation Specialist in the Corporate Payments division, based in Brentwood, TN. The role combines remote work (about 80%) with in-office Wednesdays and Thursdays, collaborating with Sales, PMs, and Technical Support to ensure seamless onboarding.

You will manage end-to-end account implementations, validate onboarding documentation, and train customers through webinars or virtual sessions as needed. Strong Excel and Salesforce experience are required.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum professional experience, including at least one year in customer implementation or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to explain complex products.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple implementations.
• Solid Excel proficiency including pivot tables and macros.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer implementation using Salesforce and internal systems.
• Review onboarding docs for completeness and accuracy to establish accounts.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand needs and define account structure.
• Use macros, scripts, APIs to configure and update customer accounts.
• Monitor implementation statuses, milestones, and reporting visibility.
• Provide training through webinars or virtual sessions as needed.
• Coordinate activities with Sales, PMs, and Support to ensure seamless onboarding.
