Corpay is seeking a customer-focused Account Management professional to join our Brentwood, TN Corporate Payments Paycard team. You will serve as a key contact for clients, build strong relationships, and navigate day-to-day account needs while driving satisfaction and retention.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, problem resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize client value and support ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Client Services, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Financial Services, Payments, Paycard, or Fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Relationship: Serve as a key point of contact for assigned Paycard clients; Build trusted relationships and understand each client’s business and needs; Provide responsive, professional support and follow-through; Conduct initiative-taking client outreach; Drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Solve Problems & Deliver Results: Research client questions and take ownership through resolution; Coordinate with internal partners for complex needs; Keep clients informed; Identify recurring challenges to improve experience; Balance multiple client priorities with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Become a Product & Solutions Resource: Educate clients on products, services, tools, and enhancements; Assist with ongoing account needs; Help clients maximize value; Identify additional solutions; Partner with internal teams; Maintain documentation; Communicate feedback; Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team.
