Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC. is hiring an Implementation Specialist I to deliver and coordinate systems implementations. The role focuses on planning, training and execution for clients, with emphasis on schedule design, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation.

Remote work is available across the US. You will work under an Implementation Lead, liaising with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality training materials, while maintaining client relationships and contributing to proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in implementation, project delivery and/or adult education, preferably with agile/scrum experience, PMP certification, and healthcare/public safety industry knowledge.
• Understanding of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of implementation or project management tools used for delivery of education and project rollout.
• Familiarity with ImageTrend products or similar technologies is preferred.
• Ability to scope, estimate, and track implementation tasks for successful delivery.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through planning, development, training and execution of ImageTrend products.
• Design and maintain implementation schedules, ensure timelines, collaborate with stakeholders.
• Document implementation requirements, objectives, obstacles, and delays.
• Assist in scoping projects to aid in proposals and contracts.
• Maintain internal demo sites and documentation assets.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor on solutions.
• Conduct onsite and virtual client training and represent at conferences as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to align delivery and client experience.
