Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an Implementation Specialist to plan, coordinate, and deliver software and system implementations for clients remotely in the United States. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, and work with clients, internal teams, and technical staff to ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion.
• Gather and analyze client or business requirements.
• Configure systems, platforms, tools, or solutions according to requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and technical teams.
• Monitor implementation progress, milestones, and deadlines.
• Conduct system testing and configuration validation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues.
• Provide training and support to users during onboarding.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation and project reports.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Coordinate data migration and system integrations.
• Support user acceptance testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes.
