Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC. is seeking an Implementation Specialist I to deliver and coordinate implementation of systems and services for healthcare and public safety customers.

You’ll work with clients to plan, train and execute ImageTrend products, aiming to improve project delivery consistency and efficiency. The role supports onsite and virtual training, travel up to 10%, and cross-team collaboration to align customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in implementation, project delivery and/or adult education, preferably including agile/scrum experience, PMP certification, and technology or industry experience in the healthcare or public safety industries.
• Understanding of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements.
• Understanding of adult education concepts and effective content delivery.
• Knowledge of implementation or project management tools used for education and project roll-out.
• Knowledge of ImageTrend products or similar industry related technologies.
• Ability to define, scope, estimate work and track implementation tasks.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and accountability to meeting timelines.
• Ability to learn new technologies; strong MS Office skills.
• Discretion handling proprietary and confidential information.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients through planning, development, training and execution of the ImageTrend products.
• Designs & maintains implementation schedules and ensures timeframe compliance with stakeholders.
• Documents objectives, obstacles and delays for implementation projects.
• Assists in scoping projects to aid proposals and contracts.
• Maintains departmental notes, internal demos and related materials.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Conducts onsite and virtual training and participates in conferences and tradeshows.
• Collaborates with other teams to align efforts and improve client experience.
• Reviews updates to documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Travels to orientation, events or onsite meetings as required.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
