Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC, based in Eagan, MN, seeks an Implementation Specialist I to deliver and coordinate system implementations for EMS, hospitals, and public safety clients. You will work with stakeholders to ensure schedules, requirements, and timelines are met.

The role supports remote work nationwide in the US, requiring up to 10% travel and strong communication, training, and project coordination skills. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and PMP/Agile experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in implementation, project delivery and/or adult education; Agile/Scrum experience; PMP certification.
• Knowledge of EMS and Fire reporting requirements preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to scope, estimate work and track implementation tasks.
• Proactive, self-starter; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of systems and services.
• Design and maintain implementation schedules with stakeholders.
• Document requirements, obstacles and time worked in tickets.
• Assist in scoping projects for proposals and contracts.
• Maintain department internal docs and demo sites.
• Build good client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct onsite and virtual client training and presentations.
