Job summary

SoftWriters is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide LTC pharmacies through training, startup, and steady-state transition, ensuring successful implementations that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will lead project plans, coordinate multiple teams, and travel up to 50% to client sites. A strong background in pharmacy operations and regulatory knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, training, or pharmacy-related field.
• Experience with long-term care pharmacy operations and workflow processes.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and DEA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead weekly conference calls with new pharmacies.
• Communicate project plans, timelines, and milestones clearly to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies are on track for successful implementation.
• Guide pharmacies through setup and configuration of key areas of the application.
• Advise internal team members of current implementation status and elevate risks.
• Travel to client sites or business-related functions as necessary.
• Train new customers and provide ongoing training.
• Support product demos and AI-enhanced workflows during projects.
