Qualifications

• Previous experience as Business Operations Specialist, Operations Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience supporting business operations and cross-functional processes.
• Experience with process improvement and workflow management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Experience preparing reports and analyzing data.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work.
• English proficiency for working with English-speaking teams and clients.
