Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate business operations, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor daily operational activities, deadlines, deliverables, and performance.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation.
• Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational performance metrics.
• Track key performance indicators and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-organizational teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, tools, and business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, reports, and operational documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on pending tasks, requests, and action items to ensure timely completion.
• Support managers and leadership with operational analysis, reporting, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
• Monitor operational risks and elevate significant issues when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help establish scalable operational processes.
