Job summary

Linnworks is seeking an Implementation Specialist (US, Remote) to lead onboarding across channels, inventory, shipping and automation. You’ll help clients clean up data, troubleshoot integrations, and keep projects on track in Salesforce, delivering practical documentation for go-live success.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering and cross-time-zone teams while expanding knowledge of OMS/PIM/ERP systems and e-commerce platforms. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months in a customer-facing role (e.g. ecommerce operations, customer support, onboarding/implementation, account management, or product/development)
• Experience with order/inventory management platforms (OMS, PIM, ERP, ecommerce marketplace/storefront) or broader ecommerce sector experience preferred
• Technically minded with a basic understanding of APIs and how systems connect and exchange data
• Ability to explain complex systems to non-technical users and adjust approach for better understanding
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize and switch tasks under pressure
• Experience training, coaching, or enabling others (customer training, support, retail or warehouse team leads)
• Experience with Salesforce (CRM), Asana (project management), and other standard Office applications

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and configuration across channels, inventory, shipping and automation
• Help clients clean up and import product and order data (CSV/XLSX)
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate with clear, reproducible detail
• Keep projects on track in Salesforce, and write documentation clients can use after go-live
• Feed client patterns back to Product, Sales, Engineering, and the wider team
