Job summary

Linnworks is seeking an Implementation Specialist for the US (Remote) to guide onboarding, configure multi-channel operations, and ensure a smooth go-live for customers. You will collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to translate onboarding plans into working systems.

Ideal candidates are curious, technically-minded, and skilled at explaining complex processes to non-technical users. Prior Linnworks experience is not required as full product training is provided.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months in a customer-facing role (e.g. ecommerce operations, onboarding, support)
• Experience with OMS/PIM/ERP or ecommerce platforms is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Experience training or enabling others is a plus
• Proficient in handling data in CSV/XLSX formats

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and configuration across channels, inventory, shipping and automation
• Help clients clean up and import product and order data (CSV/XLSX)
• Troubleshoot integration issues with clear, reproducible detail
• Keep projects on track in Salesforce and write client-facing documentation
• Provide feedback to Product, Sales, Engineering and the wider team
