Job summary

ButterflyMX, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to drive customer implementations from contract through go-live. You will coordinate hardware installation and software deployment, ensuring on-time completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The IPM will be the primary customer contact, coordinating people, dates, decisions, and dependencies to deliver the contracted solution and transition to Client Success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing PM, CS, or support role.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrate accountability for your work.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering results and hitting targets.
• Experience with email platforms and SFDC.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and installers throughout implementation.
• Define actionable next steps with stakeholders across teams.
• Validate deal data to correctly set up projects.
• Maintain project tracking with CRM data and status updates.
• Forecast project completion times and manage schedules.
• Coordinate hardware installation and software implementation with teams.
• Communicate with internal departments and customers for a positive experience.
• Monitor inventory and materials for projects.
• Facilitate handoffs between Sales and Client Success teams.
