Job summary

the company is seeking a Delivery Project Manager (L3) for remote work to drive tactical execution of cross-functional projects within Global Operations. You will bridge business intent and technical execution with Enterprise Technology and Global Operations, ensuring predictable, high-impact rollouts.

Responsibilities include end-to-end discovery, stakeholder alignment, risk mapping, and ongoing status updates with rigorous documentation in Airtable and alignment with launch dates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management within a fast-paced technology or operations environment.
• Proven ability to translate technical constraints into business tradeoffs and communicate with Engineering and Product teams.
• Demonstrated end-to-end project lifecycle management, including BRD, UAT coordination, and launch enablement.

Responsibilities

• Translate abstract business needs into actionable, prioritized requirements by conducting end-to-end discovery and documenting impact and outcomes.
• Cultivate deep partnerships across the Global Operations ecosystem to ensure project scalability and operational readiness.
• Drive project momentum by maintaining timelines and accountability, coordinating cross-functional partners to meet deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks by mapping dependencies across Enterprise Technology and Global Operations to protect the critical path.
• Generate high-signal, low-noise weekly status updates and maintain rigorous project documentation for auditability.
• Coordinate launch synchronization between Enterprise Technology releases and Global Operations enablement.
